4. Job Seeker Terms

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your profile and applications
• Only apply for positions you are genuinely interested in and qualified for
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or identity
• Respond professionally to employer communications
• Not use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate job searching

5. Employer Terms

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate job openings for actual positions
• Provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation information
• Not discriminate against applicants based on protected characteristics
• Handle applicant data in accordance with applicable privacy laws
• Not use applicant information for purposes other than recruitment
• Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner

6. Payment Terms

Job Posting Fees

Employers pay for job postings according to our pricing page. Fees are charged at the time of purchase and provide access for the specified duration.

Refund Policy

Due to the immediate exposure and distribution of job postings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for job postings once published. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve them.

Job Packs

Job pack credits never expire and may be used for any job posting at the included tier level. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable between companies.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or collect data from our platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to apply for jobs or post listings
• Post jobs for MLM, pyramid schemes, or commission-only roles without disclosure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

8. Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

Our Content

All platform features, design, code, and branding are owned by Product Manager Job Board and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, Clerk for authentication). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a job or hire a candidate
• The accuracy of information provided by other users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That job postings represent legitimate opportunities

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Manager Job Board shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Product Manager Job Board and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or negatively impact other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law
