Sr. Safe Product Owner

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Typically a minimum of 8 years as an agile product owner and a bachelor's degree and equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5 years related work experience. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, LucidCharts, Jira Align, AgilityHealth MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification Preferred: Experience working with products or organizations supporting e-commerce and marketing in areas related to transportation and hospitality, including promoting and booking accommodations across multiple digital and non-digital channels like websites, mobile applications, ticket counters, call centers, kiosks, and B2B partnerships. COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
