Product Manager

The Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for GoGoGrandparent’s Home Services department, a strategic bet that could dramatically impact the future of the company. This is a 0 to 1 role where you will have broad autonomy over helping to build this “business within a business”. This role drives the end-to-end product lifecycle, including customer research, market analysis, planning, requirements development, and launch, with the goal of growing adoption, repeat usage, and trust in Home Services.

- Bachelors’ degree. - 3+ years of experience in full-cycle product development in a non-managerial role. - Highly competent in writing SQL queries to generate and explore data. - Data analysis experience, able to crunch numbers in spreadsheets comfortably to assist with decision making. - Skilled in running AB tests (pricing, engagement, provider incentives). - Keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure. - Superior project management and interpersonal skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
