Your Role We are looking for a dynamic Senior Principal Product Manager passionate about guiding the full lifecycle of Clinical AI Agents, from initial concept to market launch. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and UX experts to identify new opportunities, define high-quality training data needs, oversee the model development process, and deliver AI agents that are safe and clinically beneficial. Your Qualifications: 7 years of product management experience 2 years of delivering AI/ML products across multiple sectors Understanding of large datasets, analytics, and user engagement metrics Experience with clinical workflows and healthcare regulations is a plus Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in healthcare is beneficial Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large language models, generative AI, and agent-based solutions Proven track record in launching products from ideation to market traction Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Your Responsibilities: Define the Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop product roadmaps focused on engaging user-centric features to encourage clinician adoption of AI-powered capabilities. Implement AI & Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with advancements in NLP and generative AI to enhance clinical workflows and ensure measurable improvements. Identify Opportunity Areas: Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to pinpoint valuable clinical workflows that AI agents can enhance. Lead Concept Development: Convert ideas and unmet needs into structured product concepts, defining the problem, success criteria, and feasibility. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data science, engineering, and UX teams to shape agent behavior and user experience. Manage Gold Data Strategy & Acquisition: Ensure the creation and curation of high-quality datasets needed for training and validating agent models. Oversee Model Development: Supervise the training, tuning, and evaluation of models to meet clinical intent and performance standards. Conduct Validation & Safety Testing: Develop protocols to test performance, usability, and clinical safety in simulated real-world environments. Ensure Product Readiness & Delivery: Collaborate on launch planning, documentation, and internal training to facilitate a successful rollout of new agent capabilities. Maintain Compliance & Risk Awareness: Ensure Clinical AI Agents adhere to industry standards for data privacy and reliability. Engage Customers & Gather Feedback: Connect with lead customers to validate assumptions, shape product direction, and ensure innovation meets clinical needs.
