We are on the lookout for a passionate Principal Product Manager to lead the development and growth of the Semantic Agent Builder. This tool allows teams to create impactful AI agents using our semantic data platform for the Oracle Health EHR. You will guide the strategy and execution of building a robust agent ecosystem, collaborating closely with data science, engineering, and UX teams. Responsibilities Define a visionary roadmap for AI agent development that fully enables users. Design a seamless agent creation process from concept to production, enhancing the developer experience. Translate abstract concepts and unmet needs into structured product specifications, establishing success criteria and technical feasibility. Collaborate with data science, engineering, and UX teams to shape agent functionality and user interactions. Drive the creation of high-quality datasets for training and validating agent models, including robust annotation guidelines. Establish validation protocols to assess agent performance, usability, and clinical safety in simulated environments prior to launch. Coordinate release planning and documentation to ensure seamless rollout of new agent features. Ensure compliance of Clinical AI Agents with healthcare standards for data privacy and reliability. Engage with lead customers and design partners to incorporate user feedback, ensuring the product evolves to meet clinical needs. Manage a design partner program focused on usability, synthesizing insights into actionable development tasks. Monitor adoption and quality signals to inform product backlog priorities. Communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly, maintaining an organized decision log while influencing cross-functional stakeholders toward strategic goals. Minimum Qualifications (required) 7 years of product management experience focusing on AI ecosystems with measurable outcomes. 3 years of experience enhancing platform experiences for low-code tools or developer ecosystems. Proficient in managing end-to-end user journeys in pattern-based or composable products. Understanding of clinical workflows, informatics, and healthcare operations. Strong grasp of semantic data layers and knowledge graphs with the ability to translate them into user-friendly experiences. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proven track record of aligning diverse teams and articulating product narratives to both leadership and customers. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EHR platforms and healthcare data standards such as FHIR as a product owner. Proven ability to design partner programs, convert feedback into actionable product iterations, and operationalize adoption metrics. Compensation The salary range for this role is $82,500 to $199,500 annually, with potential for bonuses and equity.
