Our dynamic team of innovators is at the forefront of developing conversational clinical interfaces, aiming to improve the experiences of patients and providers worldwide. Embrace the agility of a start-up while enjoying the impact of an industry leader. Help us shape the future of healthcare. We are looking for an enthusiastic Principal Product Manager to lead the development of the Semantic Agent Builder. This groundbreaking tool enables teams to create valuable AI agents using our semantic data platform specifically for the Oracle Health EHR. You will oversee a 'no-code' agent creation experience, allowing informaticists or clinical administrators to build, validate, and publish AI agents smoothly. Your mission will be to define the strategy and deliver an efficient agent development experience, collaborating with teams across data science, engineering, and UX. Responsibilities Define the vision and roadmap for AI-based agent assembly and user experience. Design a user-friendly guided path for agent creation, minimizing friction in the development process. Transform abstract ideas and unmet needs into structured product concepts, focusing on problem spaces and technical feasibility. Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and UX teams to shape agent behavior and user interactions. Lead the creation of high-quality datasets essential for training and validating agent models. Establish validation protocols to assess agent performance, usability, and clinical safety. Work on release planning and documentation to ensure smooth launches of new capabilities. Guarantee that AI Agents adhere to healthcare standards for data privacy, transparency, and reliability. Identify and engage lead customers for design partnerships, incorporating user feedback to drive product evolution. Manage a design partner program to validate usability and synthesize feedback into actionable items. Set adoption and quality metrics to guide product development. Clearly communicate plans and trade-offs, maintaining a decision log and influencing cross-functional stakeholders for focused outcomes. Minimum Qualifications (required) 7 years of experience in product management, specifically with platform or low-code/no-code products. 3 years of experience developing platform experiences in low-code or agentic products. Experience managing comprehensive user journeys in composable or pattern-based products. Familiarity with clinical workflows, informatics, and patient safety protocols. Strong grasp of semantic data layers and knowledge graphs, with the ability to translate them into user-friendly experiences. Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with EHR platforms and healthcare data standards as a product owner. Demonstrated success in running partner programs and translating feedback into actionable product improvements. Disclaimer: Some customer-facing roles may require compliance with immunization and health mandates. The hiring range for this position is $82,500 to $199,500 per year, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity.
