The successful candidate will be responsible for owning major areas of the SaaS-based online learning platform and eLearning products, translating strategic direction into actionable product plans, and guiding cross-functional execution to deliver high-quality releases. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in product management, particularly in scaling SaaS-based products, and a deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall environments. The Head of Product will work closely with the CEO to shape and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that all decisions are grounded in customer insight and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be adept at defining and sequencing priorities, owning customer insight, and developing clear, testable requirements. They should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing customer needs, business priorities, and product execution with sound judgment. The role also involves fostering a culture of collaboration, mentoring early-career teammates, and being a strong advocate for the customer while balancing business needs. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 12 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 8 years in product management. The Head of Product should be a skilled communicator, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders, and have a strong focus on delivering measurable customer and business impact.
