Head of IT Product Management

Join Our Innovative Team! We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of IT Product Management who will be instrumental in driving the product and service design for our applied AI solutions. This exciting opportunity is focused on accelerating innovation and product development for our AI platform teams. In this role, you'll blend strategic vision with hands-on design expertise to develop intuitive, scalable AI products and frameworks that provide extraordinary user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully designing enterprise AI products, championing rapid ideation and prototyping, and building design systems that empower teams to work faster and more effectively. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Support and execute product vision for applied AI solutions. Translate business objectives into compelling product roadmaps. Conduct research to inform product direction, and define success metrics to enhance user adoption and satisfaction. Design & Innovation Leadership: Lead product design for diverse AI applications, including GenAI and intelligent automation. Foster rapid ideation sessions and workshops. Develop high-fidelity prototypes to communicate product vision and ensure ease of use. Framework & System Design: Create reusable product frameworks and design patterns that enhance team productivity. Contribute to best practices and design guidelines for AI product development. User Research & Insights: Conduct comprehensive user research to gauge needs and behaviors. Validate product designs through usability tests, creating user personas and journey maps while analyzing user behavior for design enhancements. Required Qualifications: 7 years in product design, UX/UI design, or product management, particularly in AI/ML products. Proven success in taking digital products from conception to launch. Experience in designing conversational AI interfaces and analytics platforms. Skills You Will Bring: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, visual design, and accessibility practices. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including experience with Generative AI platforms and ethical AI design. This position follows a hybrid work style and must be performed at one of our designated IT hub locations - Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; New York City; or Washington, D.C.
