Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Partner with customers to gather feedback and translate it into requirements Write clear user stories and drive sprint execution using JIRA Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver on roadmap items Work with cloud-based SaaS products and API integrations Participate in daily standups and 2-week Agile sprints Focus on stabilization work and performance improvements Engage in electronic documentation workflows and lending processes Requirements: Must-Haves: 3-5 years of product management experience in a technical environment Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into actionable stories Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning Knowledge of AWS and Oracle-backed SaaS platforms Experience with digital document management or electronic vaults Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and non-technical teams Nice-to-Haves: Background in digital lending, fintech, or financial services Exposure to AI-driven product features or integrations Experience with mortgage or marketplace lending workflows Familiarity with performance tuning in enterprise platforms
