As a Program Manager Administrator within MMA Technology, you will be instrumental in aligning project demand, delivery, and resources. Your primary responsibility will be managing systems and reports that track the MMA Tech Project Portfolio, providing insight into ongoing and upcoming projects while identifying potential resource constraints. This information is crucial for leadership to make informed decisions that enhance our value delivery. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining the enterprise project portfolio in Planview, including tracking project status, milestones, delivery health, and dependencies. Building and sharing dashboards and reports that display portfolio progress, resource utilization, and capacity versus demand. Collaborating with project managers, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely updates of project data. Monitoring current and forecasted demand across IT functions, identifying potential bottlenecks or areas of underutilization. Utilizing portfolio-management tools (primarily Planview) to model scenarios for new initiatives and resource adjustments. Serving as the tool administrator and data steward for Planview, configuring project portfolios, resource pools, and dashboards. Conducting data quality reviews to ensure the accuracy of project, resource, and capacity data while identifying process improvements. Engaging with IT stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights and facilitate governance or prioritization meetings. About you. If you have a successful track record that includes the following skills, we want to meet you: Hands-on experience with project portfolio management tools, preferably with Planview. Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for converting data into insights and executive-level reports. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams. Experience managing systems and ensuring data integrity while driving process improvements. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 4 years of experience in a PMO, portfolio management, or demand/capacity planning role. Preferred qualifications (not required, but a plus): Familiarity with IT resource management and agile portfolio management concepts. Experience using reporting tools like Power BI. A background in IT or technology project environments. Basic knowledge of financial tracking or forecasting concepts. At MMA, we understand that excellent candidates may not meet every qualification. LI-REMOTE The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,200 to $161,400. Your base pay will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, location, and education. Additional performance-based incentives may also apply.
