Job Description Job Description Product Owner Intern (Medical Device SaaS Platform) Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Fully Onsite) Duration: 3-Month Contract (with potential extension) Compensation: $16/hour About the Role Seeking a motivated Product Management Intern to join its medical device cloud-based platform team focused on improving patient outcomes. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience working alongside Product Owners and cross-functional teams in a regulated healthcare environment . You’ll contribute to meaningful projects while gaining exposure to the full product development lifecycle , from concept through release, within a Medical Device Quality Management System (QMS). What You’ll Do Support backlog management & product activities Write user stories, release notes, and documentation Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Quality & Regulatory Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies What You’ll Learn How product decisions are made in a regulated medical device SaaS environment The end-to-end product development lifecycle Best practices for writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria How Agile and SAFe frameworks are applied in real-world settings The role of quality, compliance, and patient safety in software development What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a degree (CS, Engineering, Biomedical, Product, or related) Interest in medical devices, SaaS, or digital health Basic knowledge of Agile is a plus Strong communication & detail-oriented Why This Internship?
