Role: Product Manager Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Job Description: Position Overview: As the Product Manager - eCommerce Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Parts Town's online presence. You will work closely with our business team, stakeholders, and senior management to develop and execute a robust eCommerce strategy. Your insights and expertise will help Parts Town optimize its online channels, enhance customer experience, and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: • Lead the development of a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with Parts Town's business goals. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Roadmap Creation: • Develop a detailed roadmap for implementing the eCommerce strategy, including short-term and long-term goals. • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and customer needs. Collaboration: • Work closely with the business team, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure alignment and buy-in for the eCommerce strategy. • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive strategy implementation. Performance Monitoring: • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the eCommerce strategy. • Regularly track and report on performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Customer Experience: • Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring that the eCommerce strategy enhances the overall customer experience. • Identify and implement improvements to the user journey across all eCommerce platforms. Technology Integration: • Work with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions that support the eCommerce strategy. • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to keep Parts Town at the forefront of eCommerce innovation. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Product Manager in eCommerce, with a track record of developing and implementing successful strategies. 2. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online customer behavior. 3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 4. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
