UX Designer / Product Owner

Job Description - UX Designer / Product Owner Location: Remote Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer / Product Owner to lead UX design strategy, product feature discovery, and specifications management. This role blends UX leadership with product ownership, ensuring that product experiences are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in UX design processes, design systems, multimodal interfaces (voice visual), and product roadmap management , with strong proficiency in industry-standard design and requirements tools. This is a remote, full-time position. Key Responsibilities 1. UX Design Leadership & Product Discovery Lead the full UX design process-from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping and final UI designs. Drive product feature discovery and translate ideas into clear, structured product specifications. Develop scalable design systems , principles, and styles with a focus on control and transparency in AI-driven applications . 2. Product Requirements & Roadmap Management Establish and manage a robust product design and feature requirements process. Develop product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities. Create and maintain requirement documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence , and similar systems. 3. Multimodal Interface Design (Voice Visual) Design engaging and intuitive multimodal user experiences , including Voice User Interfaces (VUI) and visual interfaces. Create next-generation Agentic UX concepts and integrate them into product workflows through detailed Figma designs. 4. Branding, Marketing & Product Launch Support Lead design for marketing, branding, and product launch initiatives. Develop and maintain style guides, branding systems, and product visual identity. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Owner, or hybrid UX/Product role . Expertise in UX design processes , branding , and style guide development . Strong experience designing for AI-driven applications , with principles focused on control, explainability, and transparency. Experience designing multimodal interfaces (voice visual). Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with product documentation tools such as Jira , Confluence , etc. Ability to define and manage product requirements, roadmaps, and feature specifications. Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, and human-centered design. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience working with agentic AI systems. Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Experience collaborating with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
