Technical Project Manager/Product Owner

The Product Owner / Technical Project Manager will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, owning projects from concept through delivery. This role requires someone comfortable translating complex business and operational needs into structured technical requirements while managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables. You will work daily with developers, QA, support teams, and stakeholders, leading Agile workflows and ensuring that what is promised internally and to customers is delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, technically strong, and thrives in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business and operational needs into clear user stories, requirements, and development tickets • Write detailed SOWs, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation • Break large initiatives into structured phases, milestones, and deliverables • Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and daily collaboration with developers • Partner with developers and QA to ensure solutions are feasible and testable • Track progress, manage timelines, and adjust plans as needed • Build and manage project plans with clear goals, dependencies, and checkpoints • Monitor risks, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track • Provide consistent updates and transparency to leadership and stakeholders • Serve as the primary point of contact between business and engineering teams • Gather feedback and translate it into actionable development tasks • Support analysis, QA efforts, and process improvements when needed Qualifications: • 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Business Analyst • Strong experience working directly with developers in an Agile environment • Hands on experience writing user stories, tickets, acceptance criteria, and SOWs • Proven ability to plan, scope, and manage complex projects end to end • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience with Agile methodologies • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Strong sense of ownership and accountability • Ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus Location: Newark, NJ Type: Full time Compensation: $120,000-$150,000/year To apply, send your resume to Yisroel@SwiftStaffingGroup.com Subject line: "Product Owner / Technical Project Manager - Job ID 3509336" For the full list of current career opportunities, WhatsApp 732-800-7633 Refer a friend and earn up to $1,500 upon a successful hire
