Job Title: Senior Product Manager Years of Experience: 10 15 Years Full time position as per market Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, specifically as a Product Owner/Product Manager. This role is critical in driving product strategy, defining product vision, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering exceptional value to our customers. Responsibilities: Lead the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with the company''s strategic goals. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and prioritize features. Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and ensure timely delivery of product increments. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts, ensuring customer needs are met. Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, making data driven decisions to optimize product offerings. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior product team members, promoting best practices in product management. Mandatory Skills: Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager. Proven track record of managing complex products in an Agile environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data driven approach to decision making. Experience with product management tools and methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience in leading cross functional teams in a fast paced environment. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and best practices. Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our product space. Experience with customer journey mapping and user experience research. Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10 15 years of experience in product management, with a focus on Agile methodologies. SAFe certification (SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager) is a must. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
