Senior Product Manager

Job Description Role: Senior Product Manager – Policy Administration (Insurance Domain) Location: Pleasanton CA Duration: 6 months Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Policy Administration systems, specifically within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of property & casualty insurance, with a focus on workers' compensation. Key Responsibilities Drive product strategy and execution for policy administration systems Work closely with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements Support initiatives related to workers’ compensation, claims, payroll, and audits Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices Ensure product alignment with regulatory and operational requirements Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of experience as a Product Manager in the insurance domain Strong understanding of Policy Administration systems Experience with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance , especially workers’ compensation Knowledge of claims processing, payroll, and audit workflows Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large insurance carriers or enterprise platforms Exposure to digital transformation or modernization initiatives
