Product Owner

Job Description Job Description Savi Gurus is hiring a Product Owner to work full-time in-person at our client location in St. Louis, Missouri on a compliance tracking and reporting system. You're going to have to like to talk to people. :) Responsibilities: • Serve as the voice of Diversity stakeholders during delivery. • Translate business and functional requirements into detailed user stories. • Manage and prioritize the product backlog. • Collaborate with stakeholders on workflows, storyboards, and reporting needs. • Support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases and validating acceptance criteria. Required Skills: • 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile environments. • Strong knowledge of reporting tools and compliance-focused systems. • Excellent requirements documentation and communication skills . • Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. Preferred Skills/Certifications: • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) a plus. • Experience with compliance-driven, reporting, or large-scale IT projects across public or private sectors.
