Job Title: Product Owner Location: Arlington, TX (Hybrid) Domain : Automotive Finance Services (retail, commercial and Fleet financing knowledge) Job description: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Create and maintain the product backlog based on business priorities and stakeholder input. Collaborate with onsite and offshore development teams, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery of features. Work closely with Scrum teams to clarify requirements, prioritize user stories, and resolve blockers. Make decisions on scope, priorities, and trade-offs during development cycles. Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
