Product Owner

Job Description: Requirement/Must Have: Strong experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment. Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs. Experience leading sprint planning and release coordination. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience: Experience defining product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy. Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, and operations. Responsibilities: Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy. Own, create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Lead sprint planning sessions and define sprint goals. Coordinate product releases with cross-functional teams. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and align objectives. Measure product value through KPIs and performance analytics. Adapt product roadmap based on data insights and customer feedback. Identify risks and impediments and drive timely resolution. Balance stakeholder priorities with delivery capacity. Should Have: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate insights into product improvements. Skills: Agile and Scrum methodologies. Backlog management and user story creation. Sprint and release planning. Stakeholder communication and leadership. KPI definition and performance tracking. Cross-functional collaboration. Technical understanding of software development processes. Qualification and Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
