Product Manager or Senior Product Manager

Marvin, a premier manufacturer of custom-made windows and doors, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives, focusing on innovation and enhancing design functionality to better living spaces. As a key player in our Product Development & Innovation department, you will drive the strategy and execution of product lines that reflect Marvin's commitment to quality and craftsmanship since 1912. Lead cross-functional teams to plan, define and launch innovative and market-leading products that support company goals and consumer needs. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in building materials and consumer preferences. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure product success from concept to delivery. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product launches. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs and increase market share. Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product performance and recommend adjustments to product strategy. Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in product lifecycle management Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders Medical Insurance 401k Certified Product Manager (CPM) or similar certification is highly desirable. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
