Product Manager, Marketing Technology

Global Partners LP, a leading entity in the distribution of petroleum and renewable fuels, is seeking a visionary Product Manager, Marketing Technology to join its Product Development & Innovation team. This role is pivotal in spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge marketing technology solutions that drive customer engagement and sales growth across our extensive network of terminals and gas stations in the Northeastern U.S. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with insightful market analysis to deliver robust product initiatives that align with our strategic goals and sustainability ethos. Lead the conception, development, and implementation of innovative marketing technology projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and external partners to deliver products that enhance customer experience and business growth. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, needs, and opportunities in marketing technology. Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring they align with business objectives and market demands. Measure and analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements or new features. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing technology and fuel distribution industries. Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Proficiency in product management software (e.g., Aha!, ProductPlan). Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Analytical skills with a keen insight into market trends and customer behavior.
