Product Manager

Job Description Responsibilities: Act as the primary product owner and liaison between users and technology teams Define product vision and maintain a clear, value‑driven product roadmap Own the product lifecycle , including enhancements, upgrades, releases, and backlog prioritization Lead change management efforts , including communication, training, and adoption planning Develop training materials, job aids, and in‑person learning sessions Create and track product adoption and performance metrics , reporting results to stakeholders Manage vendor relationships , contracts, licensing, and feature roadmaps Lead and continuously improve ITIL service processes (incident, change, request, and problem management) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3 years of experience in product management, product ownership, agile delivery, or related roles Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive adoption Experience with ServiceNow , Microsoft 365 platforms, or other SaaS solutions strongly preferred Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO) preferred
