Product Manager (Marketing) SoftWave TRT is a fast-growing medical device company revolutionizing regenerative medicine with FDA-cleared shockwave therapy devices used by top healthcare providers nationwide. As SoftWave continues to scale, we are building a world-class marketing and go-to-market function to support product innovation, commercial growth, and clinical adoption. SoftWave TRT is seeking a Product Manager (Marketing) to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our portfolio. This role sits within the Marketing Organization and serves as the critical bridge between Product Development, Sales, and Marketing. The ideal candidate brings a blend of product strategy and product marketing , is highly collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage MedTech environment. This role does not own engineering execution, but plays a key role in influencing product direction through market insight and customer feedback. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Market Insight Serve as the voice of the customer , translating clinical, provider, and market needs into actionable insights Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to inform positioning and roadmap input Partner with Product, R&D, and Clinical teams to influence product strategy, feature prioritization, and differentiation Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SoftWave’s products, indications, clinical outcomes, and competitive landscape Positioning, Messaging & Go-To-Market Own product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks across all channels Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, enhancements, indications, and key initiatives Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into compelling, customer-facing messaging Ensure consistent product storytelling across marketing campaigns, sales materials, and educational content Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration Develop and maintain sales enablement tools , including pitch decks, product guides, competitive battlecards, FAQs, and launch materials Partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to drive adoption and performance Support training initiatives for internal teams and external partners Act as a strategic connector across Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams Execution & Performance Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, and Digital teams to ensure product messaging is effectively executed across campaigns Support product-related KPIs, launch success metrics, and adoption tracking Continuously refine messaging and GTM strategies based on performance data and market feedback Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field 5 years of experience in product marketing, product management (marketing-focused), or go-to-market roles Experience working with medical devices, healthcare, MedTech, or regulated products strongly preferred Proven ability to lead product launches and cross-functional initiatives Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts Comfortable influencing without direct authority in a matrixed organization Highly organized, strategic, and execution-oriented Preferred Experience Experience supporting capital equipment, platform-based products, or clinical technologies Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed, or scaling organization Exposure to reimbursement, clinical outcomes, or provider-based selling environments Why Join SoftWave TRT Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays & PTO Opportunity to shape product strategy and market impact in a rapidly growing MedTech company Collaborative, mission-driven culture with strong leadership and cross-functional partnership Powered by JazzHR
