The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and engineering execution by translating requirements into technical specifications, APIs, and scalable solutions, while driving modern web development and AI-integrated platforms using Java and Spring Boot. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and refine requirements Translate business requirements into: Technical specifications REST/API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger) Use cases, sequence/flow diagrams, and architecture diagrams User stories and acceptance criteria Lead end-to-end solution design with a focus on scalability, security, and performance Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams Drive product roadmap execution and ensure alignment with business goals Oversee integration of AI/ML capabilities into web and backend applications Review and guide system design, code quality, and development best practices Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UX, and Data teams Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
