Product Manager

Overview Seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and launch of photonics and high‑speed I/O test and measurement solutions. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, driving product introductions, and engaging closely with customers across the global photonics ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify new product and solution opportunities with customers and partners. Conduct market research and develop business cases for future product initiatives. Lead New Product Introductions to maximize revenue and minimize time‑to‑market. Maintain a clear product and solutions roadmap. Interpret customer requirements and define optimal solutions. Build and maintain a strong network of prospective and existing customers. Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and finance. Participate in relevant industry standards groups. Promote products through customer meetings, trade shows, and virtual presentations. Drive competitive positioning and market share growth. Requirements Master's degree in Photonics or related field (Bachelor's required). 10 years in product management with proven product launch success. Deep expertise in photonics and high‑speed I/O test and measurement. Strong industry presence and global customer network. Knowledge of PXI‑based test solutions is a plus. Exceptional customer‑facing, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Highly motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Willing to travel up to 25%.
