Product Manager

Job Title: Product Manager - Cards (Data Side) Location: Wilmington, DE Experience: 8 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead initiatives on the Cards Data Platform . This role focuses on leveraging data to drive customer insights, optimize card portfolio performance, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for cards data products and platforms Collaborate with stakeholders across business, analytics, engineering, and risk teams to define data-driven solutions Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Lead initiatives around data enablement, reporting, customer segmentation, and analytics platforms Partner with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines, data models, and APIs Drive data governance, quality, and compliance standards across card products Use data insights to identify growth opportunities, improve customer experience, and reduce risk Define KPIs and success metrics; monitor product performance and iterate based on insights Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization Stay updated with industry trends in cards, payments, and data technologies Required Qualifications 8 years of experience in Product Management , preferably in cards, payments, or financial services Strong experience working on data platforms, analytics, or data products Solid understanding of credit card lifecycle, transaction data, and customer behavior analytics Experience with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data warehousing concepts Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in agile environments Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) Knowledge of machine learning / predictive modeling use cases in cards Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) MBA or equivalent business/technical degree Key Skills Product Strategy & Roadmapping Data Product Management Cards & Payments Domain Knowledge Stakeholder Management Agile / Scrum Methodologies Data Analytics & Insights Nice to Have Experience in customer lifecycle management, fraud analytics, or credit risk Exposure to real-time data processing and decisioning systems Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
