Product Manager

Job Description: Pay Range: $67hr - $72hr Requirement/Must Have: Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales modules and seller workflows). Product Management for technical or enterprise platforms. Agile and Scrum methodology. UAT leadership and backlog management. Experience: 4 years of product management experience. Experience delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions. Experience working with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics. Responsibilities: Partner with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to understand current processes and design future-state CRM solutions. Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into clear product backlog items. Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops. Drive product vision and roadmap in collaboration with architecture, UX, and engineering teams. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. Manage and prioritize the product backlog including enhancements and defects. Support release planning and coordinate delivery of features aligned to business priorities. Align with other Product Managers to support interdependent initiatives. Communicate product vision, roadmap, and delivery status to technical and business teams. Should Have: Salesforce (SFDC) experience. CRM integrations such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Sales Operations or Revenue Operations exposure. Change management experience for large CRM platforms. Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Product backlog management. Agile and Scrum. UAT coordination. Stakeholder communication. CRM and Sales technology platforms. Qualification and Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent relevant experience.
