Product Manager

Communicate go-to-market strategy to the organization, including cross-functional partners and senior leadership. Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce long-term market share. Work with a cross-functional department (R&D, Production, SCM and Regulatory Team) to ensure support for NPD and new product launch. Conduct market and product analysis to fill the NPD plan. Manage product lifecycle including product improvements and SKU rationalization. Assist in management of external vendors and partners as appropriate (e.g., advertising, PR, market research agencies, etc.) Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce long-term market share. Develop and direct marketing/sales collateral such as sell sheets, brochures. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience: Bilingual Korean Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. NPD experience required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of food safety standards. Benefits: Dental insurance. Health insurance.
