Product Manager

Description Position Title: Product Manager Compensation Range: $ 125,000-$150,000 USD Location: Naperville, IL About AGI AGI is a global food-based infrastructure company publicly traded in Canada. The Opportunity The Global Product Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and lifecycle management of the company’s product lines. This role collaborates cross-functionally to drive innovation, ensure market competitiveness, and achieve business objectives on a global scale. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the global product strategy products, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. Lead new product development initiatives, working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams from concept through launch. Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Manage the product lifecycle, including feature enhancements, pricing strategies, and end-of-life planning. Collaborate with regional teams to adapt product offerings for local markets and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor product performance and customer feedback, implementing improvements as needed. Prepare and deliver presentations on product performance, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Manufacturing Engineering 5 years of product management experience, preferably in industrial equipment or related sectors. Strong understanding of dryer and conditioning technologies and their applications. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 5-20% of the time Why AGI?
