We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to play a critical role in helping our Nursing Education customers—students and faculty—maximize the value of our digital solutions. Your mission will involve nurturing key customer relationships, resolving issues, and advocating for their needs in our product development processes. In this role, you will proactively manage customer interactions for our most strategic accounts, gaining valuable insights into their daily workflow and ensuring they have the tools needed for optimal educational experiences. You will directly communicate with key customers to troubleshoot and address concerns, while also overseeing the implementation of digital products for select clients. Your responsibilities will include: Developing a thorough understanding of our Nursing Education customers and their daily interactions with our solutions. Collaborating with Product Management to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs aligning with strategic objectives. Communicating effectively and professionally with key accounts, breaking down complex issues in an understandable manner. Tracking and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics for important partnerships. Designing effective product implementation strategies for key clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless onboarding. Utilizing exceptional organizational skills and a customer-centric approach to transform customer feedback into actionable tasks for Agile/Scrum teams. Managing the product development lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to address prioritized needs effectively. Acting as a subject matter expert, fostering collaboration among internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Additional Duties Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor. Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in customer service/support, with some exposure to digital product development, particularly within Agile/Scrum environments, or similar experience relevant to educational markets. Required Skills and Abilities: Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with an aptitude for handling customer escalations. Proven ability to maintain professionalism and focus on solutions amid challenging customer interactions, fostering positive outcomes. Strong project management skills, capable of creating schedules and implementing risk mitigation strategies. Ability to prioritize and think systematically, recognizing key issues amidst complex details. Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. Proficiency in implementing best practices for resolving customer issues. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with the Nursing Education market. Understanding of technology constraints and opportunities, along with the ability to communicate associated risks. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and experience as a Product Owner. Exposure to digital education products and assessment solutions. Experience with backlog management software (e.g., Jira, Trello) and collaboration tools (Slack, MS Teams). Travel Requirements: Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Please prepare for in-person interviews, as a requirement may be to visit a Wolters Kluwer office. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $74,000.00 - $126,800.00 USD. This range is determined by the primary location and may be influenced by various factors including skills and experience.
