A Day in Your Role: As a Product Manager, you will define the vision and roadmap for our Client Portal website. This role involves aligning our product strategy with MMA's overarching objectives while meeting the unique needs of clients across various regions. By engaging closely with senior stakeholders—including national and regional leaders—you will gather valuable insights to prioritize features that boost client satisfaction and drive business success. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your strategic approach will help balance priorities and harness your deep understanding of the insurance industry to create a product that caters to the diverse demands of small and mid-sized businesses. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision: Develop a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with MMA's mission, and create a prioritized product roadmap that reflects client needs, market trends, and business goals. Insurance Expertise: Leverage your extensive insurance knowledge across various lines of business to enhance our product offerings. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders, including the COO and CEO, to gather insights and understand regional priorities. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality features. Feature Development: Provide a clear vision and feature set to the delivery team while working closely with the Product Owner. Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner to align with current client needs and business objectives. Strategic Mindset: Navigate competing priorities to ensure alignment between the Client Portal and MMA's overall business strategy. Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation to drive initiatives that elevate our services. Analyze product performance and user feedback to make informed strategic decisions that enhance client experiences. Who You Are: If you have over 8 years of experience in product management, particularly related to web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services sectors, we want to hear from you! Bring your: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage. Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Understanding of web development technologies and data analytics tools. The offered pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements. Performance-based incentives may also apply.
